The elegant Panorama restaurant is one of the most historic restaurants of Gangi.
Opened for the first time in 1997 and run by a family that has always had a passion for cooking, from the local dishes to the freshest fish, Panorama uses only seasonal products.
In the menu we can find the modern version of acient recipes of this area named the "dishes of the poor" such as the "Figliulate" (meatballs also suitable for vegetarians, typical of the local cuisine of the Madonie), various pasta dishes based on meat, fish and others. All Panorama's pasta is homemade, as is its bread.
Among the main courses we have delicious meat or fish dishes, since Panorama is one of the few restaurants in the area to offer fish on its menu.
Although central Sicily is renowned for fish dishes, Panorama manages to surprise the most refined palates by always offering the freshest sea products.
